Bamboo and timber architecture by Simón Vélez and Gustavo Pinto defines the space—open, airy, rooted in the mangroves. Six bedrooms line the house: five kings, one king with two singles for flexible sleeping. Every room has a private ensuite. The shared living room invites gathering; the dining room seats everyone together. Up on the rooftop terrace, the Caribbean stretches out before you. The private pool sits just outside, steps from the sea. Air conditioning keeps the rooms cool; Nespresso in the mornings.
The Full House gives you the entire property: all six bedrooms, the private pool, rooftop terrace, shared living room, dining room, and rest area. Direct sea access from the house—kayaks at your disposal. Concierge service is on hand; turn-down service each evening. Fast wifi throughout. The Ancalá Waterfront restaurant (opening July 2026) will bring Chef Pedro's premium BBQ to the mangroves.
This is a fully private villa buyout—no other guests on the property. No smoking, no pets, no events. The house sits in the mangroves; nature is the soundtrack. Sea access is direct but unguarded—swim at your own risk. The architecture celebrates bamboo and timber; expect natural materials and open-air design. Quiet hours are self-regulated here—the mangroves set the pace.
